Property Manager

Manager duties and responsibilities:

Have a working knowledge of each week’s church schedule to prepare church for all regular and special events on the calendar.

Oversee maintenance and repair of all buildings, structures and equipment, working with contractors and volunteers. All minor repairs should be done in-house, when possible, before outside vendors are called.

Purchase supplies and equipment for day to day operations as well as for special projects.

Responsible for the setup/tear down for all special and routine church events including weddings, revivals, etc.

Responsible for lawn care for the entire church property. This includes (but not limited to) all mowing, trimming, clean-up, mulching, planting and weeding of flower beds, trees, shrubs, and watering.

Oversee and work with those people doing general cleaning, Sunday custodial duties and Briley Parkway sign change.

Oversee maintenance and care of busses.

Manage/Hire cleaning staff. Vacuum and clean as needed.

Attend staff meetings and properties meetings.

Live on church campus. *Housing/Utilities provided.
