Worship Leader

There are multiple opportunities for you to join in on what God is doing in and through Cross Bridge Church. Cross Bridge Church has multiple part-time positions open, but applicants are encouraged to apply for multiple to attain full-time status, if desired. If you have passions and giftings in various areas, then please apply for more than one.

Cross Bridge Church is an outwardly focused church in Rockledge, FL (40 miles east of Orlando International Airport and 12 miles from Cocoa Beach). Our mission is simple: helping people move from where they are to where God wants them to be. In the past seven years, Cross Bridge has experienced a fruitful season with:

• 587 decisions to follow Jesus
• 109 baptisms
• 283 new members
• One new church planted - Launch Point Church of the Nazarene (www.launchpointnaz.org)
• 78% increase in annual giving

We currently have two Sunday morning services. A full orchestra and choir lead worship in our 9:00 am service. In our 10:30 am service, our band leads us. Over the past year, we've seen an incredible increase in our live-streamed services and have significantly invested in our media ministries. In addition to this, many Connect Groups meet in homes throughout the week, vibrant family ministries are growing, we have an Adventures in Motherhood ministry that cares for over 100 mothers, and the Cross Bridge Learning Center has 100 children birth through VPK enrolled.

This January, we anticipate paying off the mortgage for our current facility. We will then launch an initiative to raise the resources to break ground on the Barbara Murphy Memorial Student Center and Pavilion in the fall. This Student Ministry Center will include an incredible community park.

Worship Leader (10-15 Hours)

The Worship Leader will be responsible for leading both services each Sunday. This position will report directly to the Worship Arts Pastor and will be responsible for the recruitment and development of leaders to serve within the choir, orchestra, and band teams. The Worship Leader will help lead multiple practices a week and help select music to enhance Cross Bridge Church's worship experience.
