Associate Pastor

   We are a mid-sized suburban church in the NW suburbs of Chicago with a history of launching people into ministry within the church.  I am not looking for a position, but a true collaborator in ministry.  Looking for someone to lead in our social ministry platforms, and someone who would help lead our students, and be a catalyst among our young adults.  Ideally, someone who has a call to preach or even plant a church would be a good fit.  There will be regular opportunities to preach both here and occasiuonally, other churches.  Previous associate was here for 5+ years.  Looking for someone with a dream.
