Salary: Salary: Housing, utilities, laundry facility and meals (when cafeteria is open) are furnished and a monetary salary determined by certification and education.
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities
ï· Adhering to 1 Timothy 3:2 by living above reproach in all areas of our Christian walk
ï· Be part of the mission: to educate and disciple students for Christ
ï· Follow the vision: bringing students in by what they want, and sending them out with what they need
ï· Hold fast our core values: holiness, teamwork (Phil. 2:4), service
ï· Following the vision of the school leadership.
ï· Submit paper work required by the National School Breakfast and Lunch Program.
ï· Fulfill yearly Training & Professional Standards as required by the National School Breakfast and Lunch Program.
ï· Utilize My Foods to order commodity food.
ï· Submit paper work required by the United Food Bank.
ï· Prepare and order for the menus.
ï· Receive foods and supplies, checking invoices and listing in inventory all goods.
ï· Supervise cooks, utility persons and student workers.
ï· Organize foods for preparations being safety/sanitary conscious.
ï· Train new employees and student workers.
ï· Follow all state and federal food service regulations.
ï· Assist in food preparation as needed.
ï· Perform other duties and assignments as required.
